Introducing Cura Vita, Senior Team

Luke Brewin, CEO

Luke Brewin, Chief Executive Officer

Cura Vita Complex Care Group

After an early career in professional sport was brought to an end by injury, I transitioned into the healthcare sector over 16 years ago – and I’ve never looked back. My journey began in healthcare recruitment, working with some of the UK’s largest providers, where I supported candidates at every level – from non-clinical staff to clinical directors.

Over time, my passion for care deepened, leading me to focus on complex care and supported living. This work aligns closely with my values and purpose: making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals facing physical, mental, or emotional challenges.

What drives me is the belief that independence and the right support can transform lives. Seeing the impact of our services – restoring confidence, dignity, and stability – is incredibly rewarding. For me, leadership is about enabling meaningful care and empowering others, while building a team that shares this vision.

Sarah Dennis, CNO & COO

Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Cura Vita Complex Care Group

With over a decade of experience in health and social care, I lead both the clinical and operational direction of our services at Cura Vita. As CNO and COO, I combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership – ensuring that the care we provide is not only safe and compliant, but also compassionate, personalised, and effective.

My background spans supported living, domiciliary care, crisis response, and complex care environments. I’m proud to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, regulators, and families to deliver services that are clinically sound and genuinely life-enhancing.

At the heart of my role is a commitment to people – supporting our staff to grow and excel, and making sure every client receives the highest standard of care. I’m driven by the belief that good care changes lives, and I strive every day to uphold that through strong leadership, clinical governance, and service excellence.
